Visit “Visitors”

“Motivation will make up for a lot of failings.”
Philip Glass (1937 -)

“Visitors” reunites director Godfrey Reggio and composer Philip Glass. It has been 30 years since these two men created “Koyannisqatsi.” Yet “Visitors” was worth the wait. This wordless portrait of contemporary life examines man’s interaction with technology in black and white cinematography, which is by Steven Sonderbergh.
The Landmark Sunshine Theater is the perfect venue for screening this very film. Check out the Sunshine Theater; it offers a place for independent films to be seen by a wide audience. I encourage you to see “Visitors,” a beautiful movie. It is very New York avant-garde.
